我还救过三个跳黄浦江的人，这些应急情况我们平常都有训练。以前，靠水手监控整个船面的情况，时刻观察乘客的各种行为，发现异常情况要向驾驶台报告。如果有人突然跳船，一般第一时间发现都能救起来，没人注意到的话肯定就没了。现在，船上都有摄像头、有预警系统，在驾驶间可以监控，越界提醒、碰撞预警都有语音提示，很智能，安全系数更高了。
