震中受损严重的是团结村。随着团结安置点灾后重建的不断进行，居民们对手机信号及网络使用需求也在不断加大。临夏铁塔公司对接运营商、工作人员做好现场选址、引电及施工现场安全。最终，历时两天完成建设、引电、调测调通工作，保证了团结村B区安置点1000余户灾区安置居民信号畅通。从灾情发生到现在，中国铁塔已完成积石山县13个安置点的信号全量覆盖。
